4.1/5 Very Good! (863 reviews)
"From the offset I can share that we spent a good few days at the hotel. Food wise was good, hotel staff was exactly what you would expect and the hotel met our general expectations regarding facilities. Having said that, the hotel is do for a bit of a renovation in most areas. It's maybe a 3.5 star ..."

Good experience but won’t be coming back
"I will start with the disadvantages, I have paid for all inclusive expecting everything included, guess what not at all you cannot even get a small bottle of water you have to fill it up in a cup and also not even a cup of coffee my husband had to get the cheapest coffee from the automatic coffee ..."
"Nice clean facilities with brilliant pool area for kids. Food was average but a good variety. For a hotel with 9 floors I think they need more lifts. At times we waited up to 15 minutes for one with room. Rooms looked recently decorated and were kept clean. A kettle in the room should definitely ..."

Holiday World Never Fails
"Holiday World never fails to impress. Staff are brilliant, services are great and pools to die for. It's a very busy complex and a common problem is car parking which doesn't affect everyone of course, but being in driving distance we always struggle. Riwo is a great hotel but Polynesia would have ..."

"Everything was perfect and spotless. Found a welcoming display in the room of an elephant made out of a towel and some sweets. Lovely spread for breakfast. The staff were very helpful too. 2 mins walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Will be returning soon."

"I will start with the disadvantages, I have paid for all inclusive expecting everything included, guess what not at all you cannot even get a small bottle of water you have to fill it up in a cup and also not even a cup of coffee my husband had to get the cheapest coffee from the automatic coffee machine that tastes rubbish but to get a proper machine coffee he had to pay €2.50 per cup of coffee. The food wasn’t too bad but definitely wasn’t much selection of food to choose from. The rooms are out dated for the amount we’ve paid. The entertainment wasn’t bad at least my kids had fun, we barely used Riwo pool as it was not much to do. Every morning we got a shuttle to the holiday world pools it was fantastic there kids had a blast. Lastly my husband accidentally left his two tshirt Iv called the reception twice I found them busy and I left them a message guess what no reply. Overall I think this place need more improvement. "
