I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Its decor is beautiful, it’s clean and fresh. The layout is wonderful because there are several places to sit, drink and enjoy the stunning views. The servers are friendly and helpful- Patricia at the lobby bar was especially great. The all-inclusive is incredible value for money- the food is overall really good (a few dishes are too salty, but other than that there’s so much choice and tasty options). I would definitely stay here again.

We just have returned from a 3 night stay and we had a great time Hotel was spotless Staff were great Our room 1142 was spacious and had a comfy bed and good shower and view over the sea We were all inclusive and the buffet restaurant food was plentiful and had lots of choice The options for AI at lunch were limited at the pool and only had a choice of crisps ,pre packed sandwiches,olives. and tacos. The season had however just begun and there was already work going on so i think the choice there will be better as the season goes on The bonita beach restaurant food and service was excellent and we had a lovely lunch there ( not included in AI for 3 nights) AI drinks were good. Some cocktails were better than others Location- quiet on the beach. Need an uber /taxi to go to the more built up areas If you want a beach front all inclusive hotel for a good price then definitely would recommend

Lovely spacious room with stunning views from balcony. Great buffet breakfast. Quiet area with few restaurants nearby - enjoyed the Italian few mins away Pizzeria Pompei and Matilda’s coffee shop a big hit with us all too. Hotel’s rooftop terrace is great but sadly the bar was closed as was the family pool during our visit. All staff were very friendly and polite. Had a late flight home so being able to pay to keep room until 4 pm was a bonus. Highly recommend the hotel if you want to be in a quieter area of the Costa del Sol (easy access by bus or uber to Benalmadena or Fuengirola)

We had such a relaxing and fantastic time at this hotel. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the lady that cleaned our room each day was amazing. The room was very comfortable and the views of the bay were gorgeous. The facilities and restaurants were spotlessly clean and we really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was plentiful. The beach was wonderful and felt like it was a private beach due to its close proximately to the hotel, although we did have to pay for the sun beds and parasols each day as these were not managed by the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this hotel again.

The room had an excellent view to the beach. The room only has a helicopter ceiling fan which was even in April insufficient to keep cool at night. Space for clothes is very limited and the area for hanging clothes will be too high for small people. The beds were very comfortable. Cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general was excellent. Food was of a high quality but lacked more variety. The snack offering for all inclusive clients was laughable: it only appeared at 5 pm and was a small side table in the lobby bar. It was demolished within half an hour. Drinks weren’t available on the rooftop bar for all inclusive customers and there were other restrictions, too for these customers. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and some went above and beyond. The beach is right outside the hotel. There is a tiny adult pool and a larger family pool area that you have to walk to going past the beach. Dribks and snacks can be bought there. It feels a bit on the small side and was busy in April and must be crowded in the Summer months. Slides for kids are great entertainment and the pool itself was good and has a little separate jacuzzi as well. The rooftop in the hotel has three jacuzzis for up to 6 adults but is often hogged for hours by the same entitled guests and hotel staff would not interfere which made this an unpleasant experience. The sunbeds and sun chairs up there are a great addition and the view from up there is spectacular. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Nothing wrong with the hotel BUT not the right fit for us. The hotel is good for a stay-put vacation. There was a convention checking in at the same time we arrived and only 2 guys working the front desk. I felt sorry for the two guys on the desk. There is not a lot of dining or entertainment around the hotel. We were surprised to have to pay €19 per day for parking; there is free street parking we should have used.
