"The location of the hotel is up a steep hill but the views were amazing, it is a short drive from the airport which was one of the selling points when choosing a hotel. We had a pool side view and you can see the mountain in the distance aswell as the sea on the other end. Room was very cosy and bright. The air conditioning wasn’t working very well however this was a non issue as we would just keep the balcony door open, although when it got cold we would have to take out the bigger duvet from the cupboard and layer up as the one provided was very thin. Breakfast in the morning was great, there was a large variety of foods such as cereal or continental breakfast, aswell as fruits and fresh juices. We never tried the buffet dinner however it is a different country cuisine everyday which is great as it switches the menu up. The rainfall shower was a great feature although I felt there could have been more storage in the bathroom to keep your toiletries hidden away until use. Overall the hotel was very clean and I would stay here again especially due to its proximity to the nearby Benalmadena beach, the amazing cable car experience (which is a must do!) and the beautiful Paloma Park which is a short walk away and the fact there are various restaurants in close proximity, my favourite being Restaurante Panda which had delicious Asian Food for a great price, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Missing my trip to Benalmadena/Malaga and this hotel was a pleasant stay. "

"Staff are very friendly, it is family friendly and a lot activities to do. Room was very clean and spacious. Only complaint is the check in process can be quite long and a bit more organized? We arrived a couple of hours early and did the whole check-in with badges and said we had to wait till 2pm for check-in. Came back and had to do the whole line up again where it takes forever for people to do the wrist bands, passports etc. The only difference was they called to see if our room was ready but we already had the key cards. Also, there is a checkin and checkout line up but guests don't really follow the signs so it would be easier if there were just one line and the front desk just serves the next person at the top of the line. But the staff were very friendly. "

"Still a brilliant complex. The staff are all outstanding and extremely helpful. The units are clean and tidy and well maintained. Some of the communal areas are indeed of a little TLC. We love the location and how quite it is "

"The staff are very good, and the welcome and check in were handled with efficiency. On my birthday, I got back to the room and the hotel had left a bottle of prosecco on ice. Car parking is secure and underground. A great location for the marina and the beach with lot bars and cafes nearby. Breakfast at the hotel is worth every penny, and I will describe it as fantastic."

"The room I stayed in was a bit tired, with paint missing on the bottom of the door. The air conditioning also was very poor and luckily, as it wasn't that warm outside, it made more sense to have the balcony doors open to make the room cool, rather than having the A/C on. Apart from that, the room was comfy enough, with a fridge and plenty of cupboard space and a safe. There was no kettle on the room but I asked for one from reception and got one brought by the comfort team, The balcony was big enough, but looked over the road outside the hotel, although you could see the sea from it. There are plenty of sun loungers at the different pools, but the pool bar wasn't open as not really warm enough a lot of the time to sit outside. Breakfast was very nice, with good choice and topped up often even though very busy most times. Didn't have the evening meal but some of my friends had it on one of the nights and said it was very good value. "
