From the moment we arrived we were greeted to the afternoon we left we received excellent friendly service especially from Jose and Juan on reception. They made sure our stay was great. Good choice felt breakfast. Direct access to the promenade and beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Activities and program for both adults and children were well planned - especially Barcy was a huge hit for kids. Food options at the buffet were good throughout the whole stay. The staff were absolutely fantastic – friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The rooms were spotless, with very comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. We didnt have a beach view balcony, but that didnt take anything away. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The food was wonderful and plentiful. There was entertainment laid on as well. We joined in with the aqua aerobics which was fun. The entertainment staff have so much energy.

Nice clean room. The hotel had everything we needed and the location was great! The train station was just a short walk away which made it very convenient to travel around
