My wife and I spent 5 wonderful days at Riu Nautalis in Spain. The Hotel was clean, comfortable and the Buffet had some wonderful food choices. The hotel was near the beach and was within walking distance of shops, reasaurants and bars. We had a wonderful time and will use Riu hotels in the future.

Fabulous hotel and facilities

Fabulous hotel, welcome drink on arrival and really helpful staff. Great rooms with huge comfy beds and big bathrooms. Tea,coffee in room too. Lovely pool and reasonably priced drinks. Would recommend and will stay again. Views over the pool are the best.

Super Nice hotel.

Fantastic Hotel. right down to the promenade, the beach and the Mediterranean. Nice pool with plenty of sunbeds, even if you arrive late there is the option of getting a sunbed. Super delicious morning and evening buffet. Possibility of a la carte in the evening. Very clean and nice common areas. Friendly and welcoming staff. +18 years to stay at the hotel provides a nice and quiet hotel, both day and night. It's certainly not the last time we've been there. Greetings, a couple in their 60s.

The hotel interior is a little bit used, but otherwise ok. Beds are side by side but separated that was a problem for us. Average age of the clients is about 70. Pool is excellent. Altogether satisfied with the holidays.

Checkout Staff disgraceful

Extremely rude Gentleman on check out today. Named Abdel. Abdel should be trained up in the correct attitude towards guests, for example, he could ask how a persons stay was, and perhaps not hang up so abruptly upon denying a late checkout. The hotels not full and I’d have booked further days without that checkout experience if they could have organized a proper double bed for us. Single beds only it seems?? Also, a policy of talking to younger clients like a teacher would do, I am 45, the hotel was I’d estimate at a third occupancy of mainly Dutch retirees. We were told that the hotel does not allow ppl use the facilities after check out. The Lady made an exception for us it seems as the pool wasn’t busy. Excuse me for expecting the use of facilities on check out day. Speaking of checkout it was our delay in checking out that ruffled the feathers of Mr Abdel. I make no apologies for being tardy to checkout when you arrive the night before at 9pm.

Good hotel in the middle of Torremolinos

Good hotel in the middle of all you can wish for in Torremolinos but got a room in a low floor and without sun in the back of the hotel even when I contacted the hotel beforehand with a wish of higher up. And the dinner buffé was better got my stays before this one
