"Wir waren nur für 1 Übernachtung dort und haben deshalb nicht alle Angebote wahrnehmen können. Wir wurden im Nebengebäude untergebracht. Das fühlt sich schon ein wenig wie "abgeschoben"an. Auch hätte die Dame an der Rezeption erwähnen können, dass es dort oben auch einen separaten Parkplatz gibt und uns nicht Koffer und Taschen eine lange Treppe nach oben schleppen lassen. "I think this people are dishonest. They made me pay twice at the check in, although I showed them my payment confirmation email and when I came back because of hotel.com debit on my account they pretended that everything was normal and it's only when I came back with proof of two payments that they admitted their mistaken and they didn't even apologize, they were acting like it was usual. Also there was a city tax not announced in the reservation."
