"In den letzten Jahren ist das Preisleistungsverhältnis im Bad Bubendorf massiv schlechter geworden. Auch der Service ist nur noch ein Abklatsch vom ehemaligen Standard. Das neue Managment hat die alten Mitarbeiter, die seit Jahrzehnten dabei waren samt und sonders ersetzt "

Check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Very quiet and comfortable bed which ensured a good sleep. The breakfast in the morning was very good - nice selection."

"As a North American, I was pleased by the large rooms, real air conditioning (not the one that stops at 26C/79F). Location is interesting with the Dreiländerbrücke/three countries bridge/passerelle des trois pays nearby. It is a big shopping centre and traffic can be a bit loud, but stops when the center closes. Be careful if you have a Swiss travel pass, it doesn't cover the German part of the tramway line."

"Newer clean hotel, with larger room & easy parking, but missing a few amenities. No ice machine in hotel, nor mini fridge in room, also no room safe."

"Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service! "
