Fantastic hotel! Rooms are very clean and very alpine chic without being kitschy. Great location to ski lifts and hike to gornegrat. A little further location from town, which it’s easy to walk there or take the local shuttle. Hotel has a shuttle for transporting you and your luggage from the train, which is super helpful. Breakfast is wonderful! Loved Zermatt. All in all a truly wonderful stay!

Wow—what can I say? This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. My wife and I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back. The staff was exceptional and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. After our experience here, it truly made the hotel we stayed at in St. Moritz pale in comparison. If you’re looking for a place with stunning mountain views, a beautiful terrace, comfortable rooms, and a relaxing spa, this is the place to stay. After a long day of exploring, the spa was the perfect way to unwind, and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.
