Our property was close to everything downtown . It was very quiet at night. The staff were extremely friendly . For me the sauna and steam room was the best thing for me. Very large private, modern, clean area. The owners we great, happy to chat with us. I definitely would recommend this place to any of my friends

The hotel was a short ten min walk from the train station. Our room had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The balcony was great. The shower was difficult but better than some that we encountered. We did not eat the attached restaraunt but it was busy.

Perfect stay in Zermatt

The hotel was beautiful, the staff super-friendly (especially Esther), the location was excellent, and the facilities top knotch. I especially liked the wellness center, which includes jacuzzis and a steam room, and the breakfast, which was delicious and included.

A beautiful traditional Swiss hotel that is located a 10 minute walk from the Interlaken West train station and shopping strip. There are lots of good restaurants located within walking distance from the hotel.
