The hotel is conveniently located in Zermatt with short walking distance to everything. The staff was very friendly and room was spacious. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing for dinner.

We just finished staying for 3 days at the Aristella in Zermatt and really enjoyed staying there. The staff is very friendly and the room was spotless. The Aristella is close to the train station, main shopping area, and attractions like the Glacier Paradise cable car and the cog railway. The breakfast (and the staff at breakfast) are great as well!

The hotel and staff were excellent. There is construction in the area and work started at 6:30 am. Otherwise, my stay was wonderful, breakfast was delicious the room looked freshly renovated and very clean.

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Zermatt. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the Matterhorn. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only a five minute walk from the train station.

The staff service is horrible. If you pay city tax by card, they will charge you 50% more. The staff is not friendly at all, super mean. You will not have any greeting at breakfast, but will ask you very impolitely to leave your luggage outside of breakfast area. I would not recommend this place if you value customer experience.

Excellent hotel in Zermatt, would highly recommend

Overall this was an excellent hotel, with special mention to the highly competent staff and owners. We found them to be personable and helpful, which isn't always the case in Zermatt. Nice balcony, quality breakfast and exceptional large wellness centre. This would be our preferred location if staying in a hotel in Zermatt.

Unbelievable hotel I would stay here every time the owner. Is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the rooms are very clean and quiet.Easy walk from the train station may be ten minutes

My husband and I loved our stay at Aristella, the staff was very very helpful. We enjoyed using the SPA, everything was clean and the breakfast was great! We would go there again if we visit Zermatt again.
