"The hotel managed the COVID factor very well indeed with visible extra cleaning taking place both inside and the pool areas (sun loungers). The room was very comfortable indeed and again kept very clean. We felt very safe and both guests and staff adhered to the mask wearing protocols. "Vi bodde på Villa Susaeta i påsken 2014 og vi kunne ikke hatt det bedre. Alt fungerte fra vi ankom hotellet med tanke på at det ikke er noen resepsjon. Vi fikk veldig god informasjon i forkant med reisebeskrivelse fra flyplassen til villaen, nøkler var på plass - ikke noe manglet. Vi hadde bestilt oppvarmet basseng og dette holdt 26-27 grader under hele oppholdet. Det beste med hele villaen var det fantastiske uteområdet med basseng, solsenger, spisebord og stoler. "Everything was as to be expected, allowed to check-in early and use the AI. Even after checking out AI facilities available until 6pm. Main restaurant is being refurbished but did not affect our stay. Hotel was nice and quiet."
