It's ok overall, bungalows are spacious but there is room for improvement with regards to service. Service ranged between absent to bare minimum. International standard for a hotel doesn't apply here (things like helping with carrying luggage etc.). Complaints are responded to with defensiveness - it's not a debate club but a transaction between a customer and a business. If the business fails to satisfy, then it's on the business, not the customer. Also, the food was edible, but could have been better. Given the relatively cheap price, I can rate it ok, though. On the other hand, I won't be coming back.
