We were a family of 5 in a 2 bed apartment. Absolutely loads of space. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels every 2nd day. Staff were all friendly and even played with my son. Location is perfect. Only negative id say is the kids entertainment at night wasnt fantastic. But I dont think they had the numbers for it either as was 1st week of September.

I Have Stayed At This Hotel A Few Times And Always Enjoyed It But I’m Not So Happy About It Anymore,The Staff Were Very Good Especially Sylvia At Reception But The Beds This Time Were Terrible To Get A Sleep On And As for The curtesy Room When I Asked For A Towel A Got A Very Cold NO Which Was A Chance From Previous Visits. I Had Booked The Hotel Again For Later This Year But I Cancelled The Booking.

Lovely big apartment on a very well kept complex. Will definitely stay again. loved being so close to the hypersldino for fresh pastries for breakfast and a few minutes walk down to the strip. Very central location.

Great hotel

We had a fantastic stay staff couldn’t have been more friendly. Our apartment was cleaned every day. There was a washing machine that included washing powder in the charge. Reception was great on arrival so we will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay

Apartments are spacious, clean, and well equipped. Unfortunately there is no heat in the cold winter evenings so we were cold at night. The pool area was nice with entertainment during the day - I really enjoyed the saxophone player. The pool is not heated. The food from the pool bar was good. The hotel is in a good location. A couple of minutes down the hill to the main strip and beach and a couple of minutes up the hill to the bus stop to go to Arrecife or the airport. There is a supermarket next door which is really handy.

Cinco Plazas was in a great location - very walkable to the beach and restaurant area. The staff was great and very friendly. There were lots of amenities- very nice pool area. The breakfast was our favorite - it was delicious and very plentiful! The rooms were very spacious and well equipped for cooking although the furnishings were a little sparse. Overall it was a very good place to stay with easy access to the airport as well as other attractions. I would stay there again. It is a good 3.5 star resort - but no complaints at all!!
