"I really wanted to stay in this hotel as I had seen it when I last visited Milan. From the outside, it really is stunning. It was perfectly fine inside, just maybe starting to show the age of the last internal renovation. That said, the room was comfortable, particularly the bed and the bathroom was fabulous. We stayed in a Superior ME room, and while it was adequately sized, it felt somewhat tight. The room lacked sufficient surfaces to place our belongings, including in the bathroom, where space was extremely limited. One major issue we encountered was the poor air conditioning. "Wonderful place to stay. The staff is beyond courteous, helpful, friendly and accommodating. Anything you need to ask, they will help. Restaurant was delightful. There were multiple dining options that were walkable from the property and if not, staff would call a cab for you that would immediately pull up. Room was clean and modern. Had a lovely view of downtown. Can’t say enough about the people that work there. They made sure you were cared for at all times. "
