"We tend to use flats when we go away as a family with 3 children 1, 4 and 6. Really clean property. Thoughtful extras dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, tea, coffee, milk, wine, orange juice. Property had a bit of minor, understandable, wear and tear. "The setting and the hotel proper were great. The long corridors to get to our room needed getting used to. The staff were excellent, caring and attentive. We had erroneously not booked the fine dining Madhus and ended up in the Stables, so noisy with young folks that we left for the Glasshouse, best described as a gastro pub. "We had a short break at Stoke Park and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is a very special place and the grounds are fantastic. A highlight was the swimming pool which was very warm, we'll maintained and beautiful with lots of natural light and a big fish tank at the back. The gardens are beautiful and the playground was of very high quality and provided great entertainment for the kids (7 & 3). David at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. "Upgraded so real bonus. Room beautiful (25) also bathroom. Only niggles were toilet roll holder too close to toilet - awkward to use when sitting down. Plus tea and coffee facilities in lobby of room so a bit chilly in the morning when wanting to make tea plus the door squeaked (wouldn't stay open) everytime you went in and out so bit annoying"

My biggest complaint was that it was so warm we had to keep the windows open all the time, which meant we had to listen to traffic noise all the time, and there is a lot of traffic noise. Other notes: Window blinds were damaged and half-functional. Combination clothes washer/dryer does not dry effectively. Only one key is provided for an apartment that sleeps six. "

The provider never sent the proper email which I had to submit to get the instructions and code for the key. Wifi as described in email was not available. Sent a message to provider and never received a response."
