The Hotel is in an excellent location as Beaconsfield has everything you could need, the Thai restaurant is really nice, the only downside was the room we stayed in was close to the high street and was really noisy when pubs and restaurant's emptied late at night.

It was a quick business trip, so no time to use the facilities. The room was indeed snug but perfectly adequate for one night. The lighting is very low, so difficult to put make up on etc. great iron, hairdryer etc. The main issue was the bathroom, which smelt mouldy, which was very disappointing.

Wonderful room as always, love everything about staying here. But, the hotels biggest asset is its front desk staff. This time I had the pleasure of checking in with Nicole. This is a uniquely beautiful hotel. The staff, rooms and restaurants are all fantastic. We only had one issue and that was the water never got hot in Bath or shower room, it was only tepid warm- but we put that down to age of the building and amount of rooms probably using facilities at the same time. It did not dampen our stay and as forgot to mention it to reception they didn’t have the ability to fix the problem. I would definitly recommend this hotel.

Lavish and perfect service or tho it was cold on arrival and bedroom shower and room itself was freezing. They sent maintenance to fix and gave us two heaters. Food was excellent but facilities need better advertisement. Outside pool in January should be noted as heated to stop from freezing over. Not actually usable unless you entend on doing lengths. Over all experience was great. Needs some improvement but we would definitely stay again due to good food, drinks and service.

We only booked because we wanted to be close to a restaurant we were going to. This meant we didn’t take advantage of restaurant, pool or gym. Parking is free but you have to drive around the town until you find a space so not ideal. The rooms are also spread out over three separate buildings. We were over the road from reception but if you need anything, the very friendly staff bring it over to you.little tip Bring your own tea & coffee. We chose a snug room , our friends who are quite tall were moved to a comfort as they were told that the room would be too small. Our room was extremely small , tiny wardrobe with 2 hangers, no shelf in the shower to put wash bag & nowhere to put your case. The double sized bed was comfortable at least. I know it’s advertised as opulent & quirky but the quirkiness soon wears off , the room was very dark, with black studded walls & velvet ceiling & curtains. Air conditioning was noisy so had to turn that off & the room became very hot. Unfortunately this hotel didn’t suit us at all but I’m sure if you’re going to use all the amenities & you want something VERY different then you might enjoy it

The staff were lovely, Checkin and out were also perfect. I had a few issues in the room, i.e Shower curtain came of it's railings, TV Powered on but couldn't connect to the channels. Very special interior design, not to my liking as very dark but also very comfortable.
