We chose this property based on free Wi-Fi and free parking. It had neither. Wi-Fi was out for a week. We were not informed until the day before check-in, they had no parking lot for the property. The car park across the street was convenient but frustrating to find. Checking in was also frustrating as it wasn't clear where the entrance was, there is no reception desk. Road work/construction going on, not the properties fault but it impacted the Wi-Fi and the parking situation. Also, because of the road work the GPS could not get us to the correct road to find the entrance. Cleanliness of the apartment was a bit of an issue, we chose this location based on its convenient distance to LHR and the charming village it's in. I thought this apartment would give us plenty of room to pack our suitcases before an early morning flight. It did have the space but the inconvenience of bringing all of our luggage and belongings down the street and then up a flight of stairs was not worth it.

Despite there being a large fridge in the room, there were no pots or cutlery so there was no chance of self catering. Indeed we had no teaspoons at first which made making coffee and tea a bind. Staff sorted the latter when we got in touch.

Superb.
I was a little anxious about booking this accommodation as we hadn’t taken an apartment before but couldn’t find anywhere else in a hotel.. On first sight of the building frontage I was of the impression we were entering a period property with white walls and black beams but upon opening the entrance door it was a revelation. We were met with a high end Turkish restaurant, superbly decorated and furnished throughout. We were beguiled by the style and attention to detail the restaurant showed including a New York style cocktail bar. Upon locating a table you pass a row of rolling chunky Kebabs sizzling over actual charcoals. The food is as outstanding and very generous portions. The service lives up to the high standards the restaurant warrants and were very friendly and welcoming. we will certainly return.
