"Excellent hotel. Excellent service. Kind staff. Excellent breakfast. It's a shame that you can't rent a car directly from the hotel. The hotel is a little far from the center and the accessibility is a long walk, but the taxi service is cheap and convenient so it is not very disturbing. You have to take into account that everywhere you have to take a taxi."

"Absolutely stunning views of downtown Dubai. Incredible swimming pools on the rooftop. Service was exceptional and the rooms and communal areas are beautiful. The view from our balcony was stunning. The only negative was the fact that we couldnt take water to the pool as they wanted us to pay for water. Would 100% recommend and we will definitely be going back. Thank you!"

"The hotel is very nice, service is well intentioned, overly polite as per training but insincere as requests for later check out rejected - unless we pay extra. Magnanimous gesture they finally offered a 30 minute extension! I requested 2 hours, so I wasn’t being unreasonable. The pool area is the highlight but inadequate number of sunbeds for guests so we missed out and sat at bar table. We decided to hire a car but when we arrived for the ‘free’ guest car parking, people had double and triple...
