"Underwhelming compared to the likes of Capella, Langham where we are frequent travellers at. Rooms were decent however had mosquitoes on the warmer days we were at. Upgrades were offered at a charge of double the room rate, concierge was unwilling to assist at most times, especially after we declined the hotel tour packages. Won't be staying at six senses again, you can get much better hotels and service for the same price."

"I feel ripped off by the hotel. I already paid $500 per night. They tricked me to pay extra $200 per night to upgrade to a two bedroom apartment. After two nights I figured out that it’s cheaper and more comfortable to get two standard rooms. This request was declined by hotel staff. The reason they gave me is that they cannot make changes to online order. I guess they can only make one-way change: upgrade only, no downgrade. On top of that I here is no free breakfast for a $700 plus per night...

Would like to call on the hotel to be more environment friendly, there is no need to change towels every day, but housekeeping staff was trained to clean up rooms every day despite saying no need. "A well located apartment with all the amenities required plus more. The kitchen was very good and washer and dryer an unexpected surprise. Breakfast was great and changed from day to day. The staff were pleasant and accommodating."
