"Front desk staff was nice, friendly and cooperative, but room service and house keeping was pathetic. Especially room service manager was so pathetic and arrogant and when asked for his superiors name to complaint he said he is the final boss. I was in suit room, and when asked for coffee satchets they would send 1 or 2 and I always had to contact front desk for house keeping and room service. Such attitude and arrogance and lack in service is not expected from 5 star property such as this."

"I was very impressed with this hotel! So that we extended one more night. Good customer service, helpful, friendly, professional. Room was fine with view. The hotel is huge and pool was nice. I highly recommend the Indian restaurant (we visited it twice) & the room service (was so good) and the outdoor lounge. Breakfast was very good & different than usual options.
