"My third or fourth stay at this hotel and unfortunately it is not keeping the quality it offered in previous stays. Staff is friendly and helpful but the facility maintenance is not keeping up. Noisy aircon, broken sensor in elevator. Water faucet at public toilet wobbly. Yet - the location is great. Plenty of entertainment, attractions and food within walking distance. Beautiful vista from dining room at 11th floor and a great breakfast buffet. Spa and pool at the basement. Spa offers...

"It was a nice place. But it was so hot outside and dry in the hotel. When the staff was asked for water and cups it became a big deal. "
