"Really loved the luxury of the property, super nice. The breakfast was great as well. Staff was good, but needed to be more friendly to English speakers, if they can. Rooms were fantastic. Only thing I was frustrated about was that the front desk did not honor my Hilton honors rewards because I booked through a 3rd party site, which I have done numerous times before and gotten credit. Pretty silly policy that was not mitigated. "

"Small boutique hotel in a very good location (next to subway, close to attractions). The hotel was quiet, staff were very friendly. Even the cheapest room was very spacious. "My stay at Shanghai Wonderland was an amazing experience. The food tasted amazing, the property was extremely well managed and the nightly events were excellent. The part that I mostly enjoyed during my stay however was the amazing staff who were all extremely polite and friendly. Especially Betty Wang and Sandy Lin, who explained to me the various things I could do around the property and told me all about the delicious foods I could eat at the hotel. Also, I would like to mention how Betty showed me around the property, told me all about the foods and what they were if I didn't know and even taught me how to use chopsticks better!!! Betty truly helped me with everything I needed and was honestly my best friend at the hotel. Thank you for an amazing experience and an amazing stay!"
