"Casa Toti is the perfect place for a family vacation. Located away from the crowded tourist attractions, it is the perfect spot to experience the beauty, tranquility and friendly people of Abruzzi. It is also a beautiful place to just stay put and relax by the pool. Accommodations were spacious, comfortable and clean. Everywhere you turned was another breathtaking view. We were a large group with ages ranging from 3 to 83 years of age. Everyone was pleased with the accommodations and amenities....

"We were a group of 15 family and friends visiting the Abruzzo region and Villa Carlucci was just perfect. We cooked as a group almost every night and the long table in the kitchen was perfect for all of us to gather around. Dr. Carlucci was wonderful - very easy to communicate with and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and areas to explore. "This villa was perfect for our family vacation to Abruzzo, beautifully located in the countryside with lovely rolling views of olive groves, vineyards and mountains. Very well equipped with a fabulous layout with multiple living spaces, bathrooms and kitchens. Loved our local contact person and welcome package. Having a vehicle was key to our outings to the beach, hiking and visiting destinations in the area."

"Il Frutetto ('the orchard') was an absolute joy. John and Sue were consummate hosts–funny, articulate, helpful and knowledgeable. The views are stunning from all directions. The estate is well laid-out, with a very functional and well-stocked kitchen, and the pool and decks were a true luxury. Know that it is a bit out in the country, so a drive is required to get to sights and shopping. We found incredible dining in Julianova (Taglietto, and others) and a great enoteca (wine shop) about 5 km...

"Our little apartment nestled high on the mountain hillside was just perfect. Such a stunning view of the countryside. Our family and friends live in Pennadomo a mountain town just 25 minutes away so this was a good location with plenty of conveniences not far away. The big plus was our hosts, Lynda and Rob. So very accommodating. We were your typical uninformed tourist (didn't want to say dumb). They bent over backwards for us. Helped us so much. Villasfor2 is out-of-the-way but very accessible...

"Es war ein super Urlaub, die Unterkunft war gut und die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Information auf der Website bezüglich des Pools war etwas irreführend, da wir alle nicht damit gerechnet haben, dass es einen Gemeinschaftspool geben wird. Dieser wurde sich mit weiteren Familien/ Gästen auf dem Gelände und in der Umgebung geteilt. Trotzdem hat man sich damit arrangieren und daran gewöhnen können. Mit den anderen Gästen in der Nachbarschaft gab es ebenfalls keine Probleme."

"Casa Rosa was incredible!! The hosts, Joanna and Dave, were so helpful and their communication with us was exceptional. I would stay at Casa Rosa again in a minute!! The property itself was in such a great location, so close to a major city like Sulmona, but very peaceful and quiet. Enjoying a glass of vino on the rooftop terrace while watching the sunset behind the mountains was a definite highlight of our trip!! Thanks Joanne and Dave!"

"My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s villa nestled on a beautiful hill in the Castilenti area. It was so peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. We loved touring around the Teramo area. There’s so much to do and see between the Gran Sasso mountains and the bellissima mare. Andrea was a great host. We loved our stay there."

We could happily spend our time on the back terrace overlooking the glorious countryside; and we made our way up the circular staircase every night for appetizers and then dinner, enveloped by the sunset and then watching the lights of Manopello go on, one by one. "Loved the home and the location in the shadow of the Maiella National Park. Just as an FYI for future visitors, Google maps brings you in from above the property so follow the owner's directions when you get close. The driveway is steep. Well designed home with awesome doors and windows."
