We rent the ground floor apartment facing the garden. There is another small apartment that can also be rented; The owner lives in the same building but all three apartments have separate entrance, moreover, privacy and privacy are assured.

This property was a delight to stay in: spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped, and charming. The A/C works like a charm, and the kitchen is set up well so you can cook if you like. The front yard (main property photo) is a delightful place to relax and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. We didn't use the pool, but it is clean and easily accessible. It's OK to smoke outside. Giovanni is an excellent host who speaks some English, so no worry about communications. The location is outside of San Vito proper, but there is a bar for coffee and cocktails (Bar Royal Apollonia) within walking distance, plus a top-notch restaurant a little farther (Osteria del Carcere). It's hard to believe that such a small village could have such a great restaurant. The property location is close to many surrounding towns, including Pescara.

Ci siamo trovati veramente come a casa ... pulizia e confort eccellente Ottima la piscina per rinfrescarsi nelle calde giornate che abbiamo trovato , sempre pulita ed in 4 persone ci siamo divertiti tantissimo.Giovanni è stato sempre disponibile su ogni richiesta fatta dandoci anche molte informazione sui posti da vedere. Diese Unterkunft können wir bestens empfehlen!! In realen sieht es viel besser aus. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt total genossen. Als Familie mit zwei Kindern ist mehr als genug Platz vorhanden. Giovanni ist ein perfekter „Gastgeber“. Wir konnten und perfekt mit Ihm auf Englisch unterhalten. Wir geben Giovanni und der Unterkunft 10 von 10 Punkten .

Perfect location in the country side !!!

This was the perfect location for my family and I to stay while we were visiting my grandfathers home town of Pennadomo. Very close to the sea and other small towns were just a short drive away. Giovanni and his family were great host.

Perfekter Urlaub

Giovanni ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, egal mit welchem Problem man konfrontiert wird er hilft dir raus. Die Lage ist sehr gut man hat nur 5-10 min zum Meer, Tipp von mir fragt Giovanni was es für Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es ist bestens informiert und hilft gerne weiter. Vom meiner Seite aus würde ich sofort wieder zu ihm was buchen, wir haben später eingecheckt und das war auch kein Problem obwohl wir erst um 23 Uhr da waren. Alles super mehr kann ich nicht sagen. Danke für denn tollen Aufenthalt von 10 Tagen.

Tra colline di vigneti ed ulivi

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la villa del sig.Giovanni per una settimana ad Agosto in famiglia di 4 persone: da subito siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e semplicità davvero non comuni. Il sig.Giovanni e sua moglie Antonietta, hanno ascoltato ogni nostra richiesta e dubbio. Dandoci addirittura molte più informazioni e spunti di quanto da noi richiesto su come muoverci sul territorio. E numerosi suggerimenti per locali tipici Abruzzesi ( x Es: 1- "Trattoria delle Frapa" x cena. 2- Friggitoria di mare "La piazzetta" in centro paese: ottima per fritto misto ed innumerevoli portate di mare da asporto. 3- "Cantina Colle Moro" a 2 km: numerosi e buoni vini del territorio, sia in bottiglia che sfusi. Provati di persona e promossi!! NB: TUTTI E TRE QUESTI ESERCIZI A PREZZI ONESTI! ). La casa è in perfette condizioni, sembra nuova! Gli interni sono arredati con grande cura e dimostrano che dietro ogni singola scelta c'è molta riflessione. ( Quadri sulle pareti, addirittura illuminati con applique come in una galleria d'arte!! ) Letti comodi, lenzuola logate e mobilio moderno in condizioni perfette. Cucina funzionale e completa, stoviglie standard x vacanze. Bagni in perfetto stato, regolarmente sanificati. Aria condizionata. Una veranda ampissima dove pranzare e cenare, sempre ombreggiata. Piscina tonda ad uso esclusivo dell'appartamento, in posizione molto discreta, lettini comodi e rilassanti. Sul giardino, curato dal sig Giovanni e dalla moglie Antonietta, nulla da dire: prato ed arredi da giardino come in foto. In questa settimana, abbiamo goduto di silenzio e discrezione che anche negli Hotel più rinomati credo siano rari. A volte credevamo di essere da soli... Il resto lo lascio scoprire direttamente sul posto, ai fortunati che avranno modo di soggiornare alla residenza del "Leone Rosso"! PS: per coppie in cerca di relax o in fuga dalla frenesia, è disponibile anche un appartamento "wellness" con vasca Jacuzzi e molte altre coccole per una vacanza "tre chic", da ricordare.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben dort als 4 Köpfige Familie 1 Woche unseren Urlaub verbracht (Hauptsaison). Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Aussenanlage war sehr gepflegt. Der Strand war nicht so überlaufen. Man hat immer ein schönen Platz gefunden. Wir waren am Steinstrand im Ort.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Am Pool war eine Leitersprosse kaputt gegangen und Giovanni (Vermieter) hat sich umgehend darum gekümmert. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

La tranquillità fa da padrona

Sant’appollinare è’ una tranquilla frazione di San Vito chietino immersa tea vigneti e uliveti che rendono il paesaggio caratteristico e silenzioso La villa del sig berghella è’ molto bella e curata nei minimi dettagli . La gentilezza e disponibilità della famiglia ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.. nonostante sia quasi al termine la stagione estiva abbiamo goduto della piscina privata durante la mattina in quanto per noi il clima era più ideale ma in ogni caso la location ha ispirato relax e un aperitivo a bordo piscina... l’appartamento graziosissimo e funzionaliSsimo con tanto di raccolta differenziata Nonostante i proprietari abitassero al piano di sopra , la nostra privacy è’ stata garantita . La signora berghella ci ha indirizzato presso la bottega di Fulvia , l’unica in paese ma con prodotti di ottima qualità Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa bella casa a chi cerca tranquillità e privacy 🔝

Modernes und komfortables Appartement

Wir haben diese Unterkunft sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Giovanni hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist blitzsauber und modern eingerichtet. Wer möchte, bekommt sogar deutsches Fernsehen. In der Nähe gibt es sehr schöne, leere Strände (Nebensaison). Preis Leistung ist sehr gut zumal keine Reinigungsgebühren anfallen.

Tolles Ferienobjekt

Angenehme saubere und moderne Wohnung mit guter Klimatisierung. Der Vermieter, welcher im selben Objekt wohnt, ist sehr freundlich und tritt kaum in Erscheinung. Die Wohnung ist genau so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, Geschirr ist etwas spartanisch aber man kommt zurecht. Fehlen tun lediglich Weingläser was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern ( 3+9 Jahre) dort und hatten viel Spaß im Pool sofern wir nicht an der Adria waren. Diese Wohnung ist sehr weiter zu empfehlen.

Een geweldig huisje op een goede locatie

Dit is een fantastisch huisje als je op zoek bent naar rust, privacy en luxe. Een prima bed en van alle gemakken voorzien. Daarbij komt nog dat de mensen heel gastvrij zijn. Acht dagen zijn wij hier geweest en hebben ons erg goed vermaakt. Dichtbij is de kust waar de badplaatsen nog niet vol toeristen zijn en er zijn veel mooie plaatsjes te bezoeken van hieruit met mooie oude cultuur. Kortom een aanrader!

Eine wirklich tolle FeWo und sehr nette Vermieter

Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen, es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne, große FeWo mit Terrasse. Der im Bild zu sehende Teil des Erdgeschosses incl. der Terrasse und dem Rondell gehören dazu, der Vermieter wohnt im hinteren Bereich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sogar Handtücher und Bettbezüge waren vorhanden (for free). Selbst die Endreinigung war inclusive, das hatten wir bisher noch gar nicht erlebt. Das Haus können wir wirklich weiterempfehlen, eins der besten was wir je hatten.

La maison est très bien aménagée, avec tout ce qu'il faut en équipement. C'est aussi beau que sur les photos. La maison est située entre les vigne et les oliviers, proche de la mer (5-10 minutes). Le jardin est magnifique, tout est très bien entretenu. La discrétion et la gentillesse des propriétaires est vraiment appréciable. La piscine est agréable pour les enfants. Il faut impérativement une voiture pour profiter de la région, des plages, des villes environnantes, etc. La région est si belle et riche en lieux à visiter qu'on ne s'ennuie jamais.
