The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly and enthusiastic. They let us leave our luggage with them until check in since our train arrived early, then let us leave the luggage again after checkout and sent it down to the station for us when our train was set to leave so we didn’t have to walk up the hill again to retrieve it. The breakfast was better than any hotel I’ve stayed in. Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had in a hotel. Well worth the price. "
