This was an ok Hotel. Morning Breakfasts was great. The server was very helpful. The hotel is on the top of the hill in Aguas Calientes. If you are just adjusting to heights when you get there you going to feel it. Once you are there you will think twice to go down again. LOL. The room was ok, only the bathtub was a plastic one and when you step in the middle will bend and you will think will break. aother than that room was ok w a view of the shops around. Close to waterfalls and natural hot tubs.

Hermosa vista, excelente atención de los empleados. Hay que subir bastante porque está sobre la colina pero vale la pena la vista desde el hotel. Está muy bien ubicado cerca de varios restaurantes y pequeños mercados, muy cerca de los baños termales.

The staff were all so nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. Rooms a bit outdated but clean. Best thing was the hotel brought our bags to the train station after our trip to Machu Picchu so we did not have to go back to the hotel and pick them on our way out of Aguas Calientes.

Spacious and comfortable room atop the hill, with beautiful view of the town. The pick-up service was a nice added touch. Nice and professional staff. Breakfast spread is good and the early opening hours is very useful for an early start to Machu Picchu.

Here's a polished hotel review you can use: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our visit to Machu Picchu. The property was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. One of the highlights was the included breakfast, which was a great way to start the day before exploring the area. The location is also fantastic, with the beautiful waterfall and the Aguas Termales (hot springs) conveniently located right behind the hotel, making it easy to enjoy some relaxation after a day of sightseeing. If you're planning a visit to Machu Picchu and are looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located place to stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's a great choice for a short stay while exploring one of the world's most incredible destinations. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Clean, comfortable, great location, and friendly staff—everything you need for a memorable visit to Machu Picchu."
