"The resort itself is amazing. The property is very beautiful, manicured lawns and gardens and the restaurant, bar and rooms are well appointed and very clean. The food and drinks are on the expensive side but very good and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff at the restaurants and pool/bar were beyond friendly and amazing. Loved them! The gentleman at check-in though did not provide much of a warm welcome. We had just driven from Lima and had an encounter with corrupt cops on the way...

The small touches, such as hot water bottles given each evening, water jug in hallway to refill your bottles, were very thoughtful and appreciated. All the staff were amazing and kind and helpful. Graciela and Regina were so pleasant and attentive and we enjoyed seeing them each day. Finally, the pet alpaca Kiki! We loved to see Kiki each day."

Mi único comentario es que, a pesar de estar en una habitación en el 8vo piso, se escuchaba todo el ruido de los vehículos en la avenida. En Perú tocan mucho la bocina de los vehículos, no importa la hora, y se escucha claro en la habitación. Aparte de eso, las facilidades y el personal del hotel son excelentes. Gracias."
