"Second time I've stayed here, second time I've loved it. Friendly, helpful staff; nice rooms; relatively quiet: good restaurant and easy walk to several more. It has consistent hot water and is very clean and well-maintained. Stairs required from street to lobby. Elevator available once there. "

"Quick checking. We were all upgraded rooms. Friendly staff. Convenient and safe. Close to everything. Tours of all offered at front desk. 3rd time staying here in 10 years. Highly recommended. "

"The place is big and comfortable, the shower is perfect - hot with good pressure. Breakfast is good - eggs, bread and jam, coca tea, coffee and juice. The staff are great and knowledgeable about tours and can arrange them for you . The only negative is that there are many neighbourhood dogs which are so noisy barking all night that I couldn't sleep well. Bring earplugs. The hotel is highly recommended."
