"Overall, the hotel is very good. Breakfast was fine and the location is excellent. We had an unpleasant issue on the first night: we were given a room which, although nice and spacious, had an intermittent noise coming from the ceiling that lasted the whole night. It sounded like knocking or dripping. Sleeping through that on the first night, while still getting used to the altitude, was practically impossible. However, the staff were very helpful in relocating us to another room the following day."

"We arrived early in the morning but they were kind and let us check in early. All staff were so nice and we felt so welcome to be there. Hotel is clean and comfortable to stay. We loved everything about the hotel!"

"Our stay was amazing! Hot water bottles, evening tea, fire pits & private spa - these small touches elevated our stay! Unfortunately I really struggled with the altitude in Cusco, but the staff were really accommodating, sent breakfast to my room and followed up the following day. "

"Attended international SKÅL CONFERENCE ONLY NEGATIVE was Rm 117 no where to hang WET TOWELS left on the counter and they kept replacing them. No one replaces towels at home everyday or sheets every second day…waste of water, time and money. If towels are not on the floor they ar CLEAN. PLEASE INSTALL HOOKS SO PEOPLE CAN HANG UP TOWRLS….THERE IS LOTS OF WALL SPACE…because it’s not eco friendly …it really bothered me. Otherwise our stay was excellent ..tamara macIntosh"
