"I arrived on Friday and check out on Sunday, the front desk personnel was very friendly and kind, he made my check in process smoothly after I had a really bad day, when I should arrive in 2 hours from Valencia to Madrid, but due to some accident, the train stopped just 5 min before my arrival to Chamartín and at ended up to Atocha after 1h 20m waiting, almost the same trip duration from Valencia to Madrid.
