"My air heat/ a/c was not working , was informed maint was out until Monday , I asked them late Saturday, Sunday a staff had fixed the issue!"

"The manager John is really nice and takes good care of you. There are plenty of motels in the area, but you just can't beat the price for this one. I've stayed here 3 times since I've been on my camping trip in Alaska and I've always been comfortable. This motel is like a coss between a hostel and an inn. There is no breakfast served, but there is a common kitchen for cooking. Not all the rooms have bathrooms in them, for some if the rooms you have to use the bathrooms in the hall. The beds are a little firm, but still comortable. One room I had, room 110, had a backward faucet for the hot water so cold was hot and hot was cold...but it wasn't a problem once I figured that out. Overall, it's graat little inn, and my favorite one in Anchorage. I would stay here again. "

"It’s quiet, clean and safe. Comfortable beds. You can park your car extended in their lot. Staff are kind and accommodating. Very close to airport with free shuttle. 24 hour staff at desk for any hour check in. The price is right. We stay here every time we need to stay in Anchorage. Getting better each time 🤗"
