"This property has a big problem that you only realise on arrival. There are 134 narrow and steep steps (around 8 storeys) to climb to bring up your luggage (and groceries during your stay). When travelling with an infant and a pregnant wife this is far from ideal. Once you make it up, though, the view pays off the climb. It is stunning! "The apartment is clean and spacious, at 6’3 I was worried that I would be constantly ducking to get about but it wasn’t like that at all. "Corona is a charming village high in the mountains outside Lugano. We loved our stay in this spacious and comfortable house. It has a spectacular view of the mountains and Lake Lugano. The village has a charming church, shops, many ancient houses, a few hotels, and a large swimming pool open to the public. Nearby are hiking trails in all directions.
