The Check-In was very easy and the owner was so nice. The kitchen was small and simple but had everything we needed. The atmosphere around the apartment was very italian and beautiful.Over all, the stay was perfect. The location is a little bit away from Verbania but it’s very easy to reach with a car or scooter.

The place is very cosy for two people. Clean, comfortable, fine … if you are travelling by car, one can get nice places in the neighbourhood like Stresa, Esio, Cannobio … Marcello was also very friendly … I can recommend the place!!!

Ho prenotato 3 giorni dopo molto tempo di impossibilità a fare ferie, purtroppo dopo una sola notte siamo dovuti partire per problemi gravi ad un familiare.l host è sparito dopo essere stati d accordo per un possibile buono , addirittura ha bloccato il contatto telefonico.. Tutto molto sgradevole

Klein aber fein

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, bietet aber alles, was man für ein paar Tage im Urlaub braucht! Da Premeno in den Bergen liegt, was es dort immer etwas kühler als direkt am See. Das hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Wohnung hat zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber sie war ursprünglich mal ein Gewölbekeller. Daher waren die Temperaturen auch bei 38° sehr erträglich! Marcello ist ein toller Vermieter, der immer einen Ratschlag hat und Fragen beantwortet. Zudem ist er sehr unkompliziert, weshalb auch Check-In und Check-Out sehr entspannt waren! Der erste Weg zur Wohnung, war aufgrund der ungewohnten Straßenverhältnisse und der Enge dieser Straßen noch recht abenteuerleich. An diese Gegebenheiten gewöhnt man sich aber doch recht schnell. An den See fährt man etwa 20-30min, je nachdem welches Strandbad man sich aussucht. Diese sind alle kostenlos, sowie die dazugehörigen Parkplätze auch.

La struttura é lontana dalla fermata dei mezzi pubblici, e, per di più, tutta in salita. E noi non avendo la macchina, abbiamo fatto molta fatica a raggiungerla. L'host, invece, ci aveva detto che si trova a 5 minuti dalla fermata del bus. Tra chiedere informazioni in loco e raggiungere la struttura ci abbiamo impiegato una buona mezz'ora.

Entspannung pur

Marcello ist ein toller Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann in der Umgebung zum wandern gehen, oder man ist in wenigen Minuten am See zum Baden. Die Wohnung ist auf ca. 800m über den Meer, so dass es auch im Sommer angenehme Temperaturen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder hier her.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Premeno. Das kleine Apartment ist einfach wunderbar für 2 Personen, um ein paar Tage auszuspannen. Das Apartment ist zwar klein und ein bisschen dunkel (Kellergewölbe), dennoch sehr gemütlich. Die Küche ist sauber, praktisch eingerichtet, hell und lichtdurchflutet. Das Bad ist ein schönes Tageslichtbad. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wenn wir Fragen hatten konnten wir uns jederzeit an Marcello, den Vermieter, wenddn. Besonders schön war, dass wir von Premeno schnell an allen möglichen Wanderrouten, aber auch schnell (in ca. 20 Minuten) am See waren. Auch die netten kurzen Plauderein mit Marcello (dem Gastgeber) zwischendurch haben den Aufenthalt super angenehm gemacht. Ach ja, der Glockenturm. Uns hat es kein bisschen gestört. Über Tag waren wir unterwegs und nachts haben wir geschlafen ;-) --------- Thank you for the nice time in Premeno. The small apartment is just wonderful for 2 people to relax for a few days. The apartment is small and a bit dark (vaulted cellar), but very comfortable. The kitchen is clean, practically furnished, bright and flooded with light. The bathroom is a beautiful daylight bathroom. We didn't lack for anything. If we had any questions we could always contact Marcello, the host. It was particularly nice that we were quickly on all possible hiking routes from Premeno, but also quickly (in about 20 minutes) at the lake. The nice short chats with Marcello in between made the stay super pleasant. Oh yes, the clock tower. It didn't bother us at all. During the day we were on the road and at night we slept ;-)

Ferienwohnung in Premeno

Die Wohnung ist schnuckelig und hat ein wunderschönes Deckengewölbe,Sie ist modern und zum Teil mit antiken Möbeln ausgestattet.Sieist etwas schwer zu finden ,wir benötigten die Hilfe der Dorfbewohner. Vor dem Grundstück befindet sich direkt ein Kirchturm, der halbstündlich die Uhrzeit anläutet. Die volle Stunde gleich doppelt mit der Anzahl der jeweiligen Uhrzeit - mit 4 Schlägen für die volle Stunde. Und das auch die Nacht durch! Also - Gehörschutz.

Bella casa ma la posizione non è il massimo

La casa era davvero bella, pulita e tutto quanto, ma ha solo un paio di pecche, la casa dentro è come un bunker, non prende il 4g in quasi tutti i punti della casa e il wifi non funzionava, la porta con vetrata che da direttamente sul letto toglie un po’ di intimità, anche se ci sono delle tapparelle che comunque ai lati lasciano tranquillamente vedere dentro. L’ultima problematica che non è stata segnalata nell’annuncio ( e che è anche abbastanza importante) è il fatto che la casa dista 10 metri da un campanile che a tutte le ore del giorno suona, anche di notte, rendendo davvero difficile il sonno

Jederzeit wieder!

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Studio ist für unseren Geschmack ausgesprochen liebevoll hergerichtet- sehr ansprechend, sauber und ordentlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht- auch in der Küche. Marcello ist wirklich sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und offen ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Uns gefiel auch die Lage abseits vom Trubel unten am See und gleichzeitig ist man auch schnell unten. Dear Marcello, thank you very much for the nice welcome in your precious apartment.

Süße FeWo, alles was man an Ausstattung (auch Gewürze etc.) benötigt, ist da, sehr hübsch und total sauber. Marcello ist super nett und sehr bemüht um seine Gäste. Wir würden immer wieder bei ihm Urlaub machen!
