The unhoused situation right outside the door is scary. Inside is great but literally right outside the door is scary, like dobt take your purse scary. If the casino is all you want, great, its awesome, lots of options. However the area in general is dkwb roght sketchy.

Enjoyed my stay very much. I would like to see more dining options and clearer signage to assist in navigating. My room, the indoor facilities and restrooms were spotless, but the area around the outside is shabby and unappealing. I never cease to be amazed that AC can't seem to maximize the proximity of these grand resorts to the majestic ocean at their doorsteps.

During our stay, my husbnad suffered between six and seven bed bug bites, turning what was supposed to be a birthday vacation into an unsettling ordeal akin to a nightmare. Further compounding our distress, when we reported the issue, the staff instructed us to place our belongings in a high-heat treatment box. We were then asked to vacate the premises for an hour and a half due to the high temperatures required for the procedure. When inquired about where we could stay during this period, the response from your staff was simply, "Outside..? Casino?" This lack of consideration and provision of a suitable waiting area was extremely disappointing. Although an allowance of $50 was eventually provided for us to purchase coffee or snacks, it did little to alleviate the inconvenience and frustration we felt. This gesture did not compensate for the discomfort and disruption caused. I will never com back to Hardrock cafe and AC
