The Stay was good, However they did not have microwaves for the room or swim caps for the pool, if you requested a coffee machine they send one up with no problem.its not the best machine, but it worked.
I like the room where we stayed, it’s clean and newly renovated. You did a good job with it.
Although a lot of construction, fitness room is close, few restaurants with quality to choose from.
Lastly the front check in place, we took more than one hour just to get the key. The receptionist is unfriendly and cold.
Ocean Casino Resort was wonderful ! Staff was great, the amenities were up to date and maintained. However grabbing water, snacks further out from the casino was a little harder with public transportation being limited.

I understand it is a large hotel. It was amazing but I just cant stand how only those who have special cards to the resort get special treatment. I came in for a concert and had to wait 45 minutes to check in after my two hour drive there. I was even early to check in time. AC makes everything for those who want to spend all their money before they can even get to the casino.

Ocean is always my go-to hotel when staying in Atlantic City!! Came for a concert with my mom and it was her first time staying here, she kept saying how nice the property is and that she’s staying at Ocean next time she comes down!

Very nice layout except checking in was different due to location- the only thing bad was my late check in, the didn’t clean my King room and wanted to give me 2 queens, it was my birthday and said I’d wait, they never called me to tell me it was ready for over an hour , I had to find the manager who was very nice

Its one of the newest and cleanest hotels in AC. Good restaurants and bars. On the beach. Everything is good except the way they build the hotel. We need to go up two floors to the lobby. And you cannot take an elevator straight to your room. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars for me

The resort itself is lovely. The stay was pleasant, pool was fantastic. The negatives are the UNKNOWN CREDIT CARD CHARGES FROM OCEAN CASINO RESORT THAT NOBODY IS AWARE OF. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CHARGES AT ALL TIMES. They also could use more food options.

I have nothing negative to say. Ocean Casino resort is a beautiful hotel parking was free during the weekdays except on the weekends it’s $15. Hotel was clean. Staff were nice resort is beautiful. I really love the fireplace area. my only advice is to buy your own beverages and snacks at a local supermarket because you wanna spend money if you buy it at the resort.
