When I got to the hotel, they gave me room 525 walked into the room. It smelled really bad like someone just had sex. It look like somebody was laying on one of the beds went downstairs to make a complaint got down there. Try to tell us there was no other rooms available as far as to stay in that room for the night and they will accommodate us the next day. I said no I will not say that wrong it smells too bad. You can smell it in the hallway, eventually she gave us another room the next day we asked for House Keeping. They took the sheets that we had on the bed and put them back on the bed as we put them on the floor the day they did the same thing I took the sheets off the bed. They pulled the sheets up from off the floor and put them back on the bed and I went downstairs and complained again , she told me that she will stable be for free for that night and I will get $100 food voucher the next day we asked for House Keeping again after we constantly kept putting a sign out there to clean the room the house most of the housekeepers did not speak English we’re getting upset And also from the day that we were there, someone was going by Rattling handles on the door trying to get in the rooms and we went to the pool. The pool needed to have more chlorine in it. You could tell that people were just peeing in the pool and was not getting out so I could not even enjoy the pool, and the more you complain really anything was was being done I did not get the free night I was charged
