"We had an ocean view room on the 2nd floor. The room was amazing, great air conditioning with lots of room. The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious, Samuel, our bartender at the Tiki Bar was an absolute joy! For only $5 we were able to have our laundry done for us, and the private boat was able to pick us up right at our own dock at the hotel. BUT, the Aqua Lounge across the water was a nightmare. Almost every single night they blared music so loud that even a football field away...

"After our 1st day, I jokingly told my wife that, literally the only thing I could even begin to complain about was the shower head. I kid you not, when we got in the next day,…new shower head (total coincidence). Staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was AWESOME and all the recommendations the staff made were excellent. They left me a little birthday gift which was a lovely. It was really clean and comfortable. We even got to go kayaking and paddle boarding with no extra charge! I would stay here again. "Cool location in the lush jungle with walking paths and warm water! I only lost a little skin on the waterslide, but still so fun! The included hike to hospital point was surprisingly perfect. Nightime underwater glow worms were a trip! I didn’t book this room, but they put me in a sea urchin shaped upsides pool, it was cool. The second night I did get eaten alive by mosquitoes (from under the door and ceiling circle air vent wasn't a perfect closure. Fan was very needed, but still a bit hot one night in Oct, Food was okay, ceviche was the best I’ve had in Panama! All was healthy at least! What an adventure!"
