"Super nice, and courteous employees. Whether it's the reception or anywhere in the hotel, they always greet you with a smile. The property is gorgeous, and the rooms are clean. The canal views are amazing. Although I was annoyed by the fact that the receptionist questioned why I was calling a room and wanted all kinds of information to connect me with my wife in the room while I was out, in my opinion, they still deserve 5 stars."
