I had a wonderful stay at Aitana Room Hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms that made the stay really comfortable. Room service was efficient and reliable, and the staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive — their hospitality truly stood out. Breakfast was pretty top-notch with a great selection, and the dining service overall was excellent. From accommodation to service, everything felt thoughtfully managed and close to perfect. The room was very nice and well-appointed. The shower was a bit challenging in terms of not getting the floor wet and the bed was a little soft, but we liked very much being in walking distance of the train station and busy parts of the city while facing a quiet place to return to At the end of the day. The front desk staff seemed a bit harried occasionally but it was a busy time between Xmas and New Years. The breakfast was plentiful and nicely done and we appreciated the little treats on the concierges desk and water by the front desk.
