The room was not cleaned properly. The remote for the TV was missing. We did not include breakfast with our stay. We had breakfast at Mama's pancake and it was great. The location is superb. Tram no. 4 and 14 stops across from the hotel with service to the Central Station. Lots of restaurants close by.

Second stay at this property within 2 weeks (stopover pre and post cruise). Ideally located in a fabulous area full of shops, restaurants and beautiful views. Property has extremely tiny rooms and beds but overall clean and a great stay!

Expect a smaller room and staying in Rembrandtplein to be a little noisy at night. But overall it is an amazing area to stay at. The hotel and staff were excellent and never had an issue with our stay. Breakfast was as expected with a good variety to start your day. The patio diner had good food and was great to sit at and relax after a long day. Would recommend

Great location

Hotel in a great location for everything. You can walk to Amsterdam Central from here. There are plenty of places to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. This Hotel has great food options.

This hotel was perfection! The staff was amazing and they really accommodated my needs! If you want to be in the middle, literally the middle of everything this is it. The only con is the room is small compared to American standards. But worth it! The bathroom is so convenient and comfortable! The view to Rembrandt Park and a smooth walk to anywhere! I’d stay here again!

Unfortunately our stay had bed bugs which really hurt our trip to Amsterdam. I will say the staff was very accommodating they did switch our room on the 3rd night and they paid for cream that my partner needed to help heal the bites. Average stay overall. The staff were great , i think they need some attention to their cleaning staff.

Small but comfortable

Basic room is VERY small. Perfect for 2 people who are happy to be in close proximity to each other. Beds very comfortable and shower was amazing. Very little storage room. Dont book this room if you have big bags. We had x2 small backpacks and had to stand them by the door. Breakfast was good, lots of options to suit. Staff were very friendly and helpful Location is fantastic. Right opposite the tram stop so easy to get the number 14 or 4 to the Central Train Station. Everything is in walking distance and there are lots of places to eat and drink all around the square the hotel is on.
