The double room I was in was fine for one person though two would have been cramped but probably manageable. Location was great with a bus line direct to the airport right out front. Only downside was the wifi was pretty spotty for me. Would not recommend for remote work.

Really nice staff and awesome location. Awful beds and the hotel was in desperat need of some renovation. Good deal considering the price we paid, but those beds can dislocate any limb of the poor soul finding themself in need of some sleep. The staff was really nice though:)

The room was so dirty, mold in the shower, terrible mattress, the attention from the girl in the entrance made me feel that you was doing me a favor. But I wouldn't choose this hotel never again.

Great location right beside vondelpark and close to the museums. 40 minute bit easy walk to Centraal Station, rooms are small but functional. Overall perfect for me and my friend for what we needed. Staff were very friendly.

We had a good stay at this hotel. I understand other guests reviews - the rooms are small, the place is loud, and a bit rundown. However, I thought for the location and price it was great. The staff are very nice and offer luggage storage. Probably wouldn’t have wanted to stay more than two nights though.

Great location near to the park and museums. Reception staff were friendly and stored our luggage on the final day. Decent sized room but a very tiny bathroom. The shower has no door so ends up flooding the whole bathroom. Room was not particularly clean, quite a lot of dust and dirty splashes on the furniture. Room did not get serviced during our 3 night stay but they did bring clean towels. Overall I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel, but if it’s your only option then it’s reasonably adequate.

Very well situated, clean and friendly helpful staff. For the low price I was impressed with how great the hotel and rooms were, as well as being right in the heart of Amsterdam. Important to note the check-in times so that you don´t arrive too late for check-in.

Hotel was good value, room could have been a little cleaner, stains in the carpet and some brown patchiness on the skirting boards, no air con but bother than that everything was good, check in was simple and courtyard was quiet and relaxing

The only good thing about this property was it's location. Despite the non-smoking signs everywhere the lobby and rooms reaked, the front desk employee was nowhere to be found when we were trying to check in and sleeping when we tried to check out. They clearly didn't clean the room between guests (just made the bed). There were stains on the bedding, hair and gunk in the shower, and it was smelly. The TV remote was broken and the hair dryer had melted into the wall... the front desk did provide a replacement upon request. And it's LOUD. People in and out of the lobby at all hours of the night and the walls are paper thin. And it was still pricey! Just spend $20 more a night and stay somewhere better.

The room was big. The bathroom small. There was poor airflow, so the air was not good at all. The room felt a bit unclean and dusty. Nice to have the possibility to sit outside. Location was ok, close to trams.

We stayed in a room out in the yard. The walls were thin and we could heard everything anyone was saying in the room next to ours and outside. The bathroom was also very small and there were stains in the carpet. Wasn’t a terrible experience, but I might just be too positive of a person.

The rooms are a little smaller than what we used to, and do bear in mind this is a 3 star. Room was clean, carpet had a few stains but it could have been because we were in the garden rooms. The bathroom is very small, not a great size if you are a larger than average person. That being said, it was very convenient for museums and for lots of bars and restaurants

The room was very dirty and even though we changed rooms, it didn't get any cleaner. It was also really small, the sink in the bathroom was so small that you couldn't even wash your face without getting the floor completely wet. We had a room with a "balcony" where you couldn't close the door properly and so it was extremely loud and cold at night.
