"The apartment is pretty great and the listing is accurate. Owners provide to parking spacing for the lower unit. Very spacious living room and dining room/ kitchen. 2 bedrooms can fit 6 or 7 people comfortably plus a very large couch in the living room. "Enjoyed our stay, and truly appreciated all the curtesy Host provided us from the very beginning. We needed a place to stay like home while our home was being renovated and this suited our small family just fine. It’s a small apartment but a family of four can navigate for short stay. Apt was clean and as described and our host was very communicative and on-site the day we arrived to personally show us the place. Would recommend if you want a quite neighborhood in a sweet local town."

"This is a cozy property in a very rural setting. The host is extremely responsive and very thorough. It is quiet and private. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby."
