There was furniture and tires in the yard. The entranceway was very dirty. It smelled like marijuana in the hallway. The toilet did not flush. The light in the bathroom room was in operable. "The carriage house was a great place for my family and I to spend our trip to Buffalo. The property is located close to the heart of the city and it was really easy to get to the attractions we wanted to visit. The house itself was neat and clean and fit our needs well. Claudia was welcoming and very responsive to messages. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

"The listing stated that there was 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 full We had 3 couples with us and this listing of the sleeping arrangements were inaccurate. There was a king, a full, and 3 twin beds. This made for sleeping extremely difficult. Had we known the accurate sleeping arrangements, we would have made different accommodations. The house itself was clean and beautiful, it just did not accommodate for the size of our party."
