"We absolutely loved the Villa! Everything was just perfect from the decor to literally having just everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The pool area was spectacular with views that cannot be beat! The vistas were breathtaking with unbelievable sunsets! "A wonderful stay in this marvellous Villa, so large with wonderful facilities and great views. The wow factor was there for all to see. Cavajal and La Perla beaches were great and within easy reach and very family friendly, but less salubrious venues also within striking distance for those who wished. "Ample space in villa however, more umbrellas would be beneficial. Currently there is only one large one. The outside of villa would benefit from a coat of paint.The ensuite toilet doors need replacing as they did not fully close. "A wonderful time had at this beautiful villa. All rooms are very large and well equipped. The position up a hill at the end of a road means zero traffic and spectacular views. "Grandparents, parents and grandchildren……..12 in total found this villa well equipped and the sleeping accommodation worked well. Outdoor space was excellent and there was plenty to do for all generations within easy walking distance……..Marina, restaurants, beach and grocery stores. Owners were very responsive when we needed them on a couple of occasions and resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. Would recommend this villa for larger groups such as ours. JM"

"We were a family group of 10 including a baby and a 4 yo. The house is just as in the pictures, spacious with lots of comfortable seating in different areas and a lovely, although unheated, pool. There is a huge, well equipped kitchen and excellent built in BBQ at the back. All bedrooms had large comfortable beds and 4 en-suites were a bonus. "Overall, we had a great trip however. I found the owner to be a poor communicator , the house is 4 really bedrooms and 1 that looks like it was the pantry of the kitchen and the other the tv (which was unusable as the 8 remotes were all in Dutch) room, closed by a curtain. The owner, a couple days before check in told me that I would be charged 300 euro for heating the pool, 10 euro for linens per person and 5 for towels each day. "Lovely villa with great views to the sea. Fantastic pool. The roads are very steep so I would advise walking down to the beach (20 minutes) and taxi back. Also taxi up to the Carefore market where theres a couple of restraunts and a chemist then walk back (again 20 minutes). Be warned, taxi will arrive in about 5 minutes so make sure youre ready."
