Beautiful house with gorgeous views

We had a wonderful stay here. The owner/property manager is wonderful to work with, and the house was very comfortable, with incredible views to wake up to every morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Nice house, beautiful views, but you definitely need a car as it is difficult to undertake anything walking. Area is fantastic, we come back almost every year. Benalmadema pueblo is very nice and there is a lot to do in the region (cultural, sports, climbing, parks) for all ages.

Beautiful location, excellent host, would definitely recommend

Pros: Very easy booking process and all interactions with the host were very positive and easy-going. The view from the villa is breath-taking, and our children had great fun in the pool. The kitchen is very well stocked with modern appliances and cutlery etc and the rooms are great - particularly the master bedroom with its own private balcony. Beautiful villa and would definitely recommend for all ages. Cons: You really need a car to make the best use of the surrounding attractions but we knew that in advance and so had one booked. Nothing else to mention here.

The house is on various levels and would not be suitable for elderly or disabled persons. A car is essential and the access road can be challenging. However it is on a little trafficked cul de sac. Stack up 0n supplies, settle down and enjoy the pool and the sun.

Pros: The villa was lovely with a great pool and garden area and spectacular views. The owner Julie was very welcoming and helpful. We were aware that it was advertised as a car being essential but did not want the stress of driving so used taxi's instead. Most times we were able to book a 6 seater taxi to accommodate all of us but when this wasn't available we hired 2 taxis which made the trips more expensive. However working it out it wasn't any more expensive than hiring a car for the week and a lot less hassle getting to and from the villa.

Pros: Fantastic 4 bed Villa, full 180 degree obstruction free south facing view of the coast, perfect location within the exclusive urbanisation of La Capellania. Its around 6km to Mijas, 6 Km to Benalmadena Purto Marina, and 6Km to Fuengirola ie in the middle of whatever you want to do. The Villa has 2 doubles and 2 twins, plenty of space, upstairs terrace, downstairs terrace and the pool area. Full fitted kitchen everything you would ever need. Extensive collection of books ie all the Dickens classics. We enjoyed every morning and evening beautiful sunrises and sunsets just stunning! Julie is such a wonderful host and if needed anything she was on hand. We fully enjoyed our 25 night stay so much we stayed another week. Pure bliss! We will hopefullly return very soon . This is an amazing villa at a very resonable price. Fantastic!

Wir hatten 2 perfekte Wochen in dieser Villa

Wir sind schon mehrere Male in Benalmadena gewesen und haben jeweils andere Häuser gemietet. DIe anderen waren auch ok, aber bei diesem Haus hat einfach alles gestimmt. Wir wurden von der Hausbesitzerin freundlich empfangen, das Haus und deren Technik wurde uns super erklärt. Was uns sofort aufgefallen ist: die liebe zum Detail! Alles war sehr sauber, alles super beschrieben, moderne Geräte, der Pool perfekt - wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Auch wenn mal ein Problem war (die Wasserversorgung der Kommune hat mal kurz nicht funktioniert): eine kurze Nachricht an die Besitzerin, sie hat alles sofort abgeklärt und Infos an uns weitergeleitet. Die Besitzerin wohnt übrgigens im selben Haus in einer kleinen Wohnung. Man merkt jedoch nicht von ihr und hört gar nix, solange man nicht selber auf sie zugeht. Also alles top seriös und sehr angenehmen. Wir können das Haus super empfehlen. Etwas weiter unten ist eine Hotelanlage, was abends etwas zur Unterhaltung beiträgt. Das ist aber nicht wirklich störend. Kurz: wir kommen wieder!
