"Wanted to stay. Arrived late. Tried the lock box code sent. Tried 10 times. Didn't work. Texted. No reply. Called. No answer. The house (lived next door) was dark - it was late. Didn't want to knock. Didn't know what to do. So, had to get a hotel. Communication the next morning was, "code was [this.] Don't understand where you got the other code." Showed her screen shots of where I got the info. No apology. But, did get my full refund. Not going to give a bad/great review cuz we never got to...

Wasn’t a fan of having to use the room key to turn on the lights in the bathroom or both room keys becoming disabled, but staff resolved room key issue promptly. Construction on the property was slightly annoying, but didn’t affect our overnight stay. Will definitely be better once construction is complete."
