"The best hotel that we have stayed in for a long time and we travel a lot. It was easy to get to by tram. The room was adequate and We only have one negative comment. The shower screen is too long and it is not easy to get in. Also it wasn’t possible to to fix the shower head. "

"Lovely boutique hotel in a stunning building. We had a lovely grand room with a small balcony overlooking the avenue. Slightly quirky room with the bathroom open and behind the bed, but great size and decor. Only downside was having no tea/coffee facilities in the room as they are available on the landing."
