The staff was super friendly. If you have stayed in an Ibis Styles before, you know what to expect regarding the rooms and breakfast. Check, that they don't give you a room right beside the elavator, though. We would recommend to approach the hotel from the riverbank side, as the street leading to the main train station is kind of sketchy.

Staff friendly and helpful. Very well located. It would be nice to have a kettle or hot water available. Cleaning staff didn't always do a good job. One day the room looked dirty especially the bathroom. The next day it was cleaned properly. We were getting ready to leave one day when they knocked on the door to clean the room. I asked they come back in 10 minutes. They refused. So I let them in. 30 minutes later they were still not done. Couldn't find the vaccum she said. This is annoying when you are in a city only for a few days and have planned many activities to make the most of your trip.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Conveniently near the train station and about a 20 minute walk to the downtown area. Only good things to say about this. Would go back there next time

MOVE ON

Phone couldn’t have up on the wall. Ac didn’t work not even the fan setting. The room was HOT. When I mentioned to staff I was told it’s winter time no ac. So we had to have the window open right next to the train station and a loud street. Never again! No hot water either. Was told “well that never happens” what a joke of a hotel. Also very active construction next door. No sleep for two days!

L'environnement n'est pas très agréable : beaucoup de travaux et bâtiments en ruine. Mais très proche gare donc pratique. Les chambres sont petites mais sinon literie très bonne et propreté / équipements ok. Petite déjeuner décevant par rapport à d'autres petits déjeuner dans d'autres hôtels Ibis Style. Ma demande de chambre au calme n'a pas été respectée : nous donnions sur la rue (de l'autre côté pas de travaux puisque 15 août)

Quand on choisit un hôtel exprès pour ses bornes de recharge pour véhicules électrique et qu’à l’arrivée on vous explique que ce service n’existe plus… ça agace. Surtout quand la qualité générale est par ailleurs très discutable (bruit notamment)
