"We waited until the last minute to book a new year's Eve vacation in London. Hotels were booked so we turned to vrbo and found this house. We could not have been more pleased. It was very easy to get to from the train station and within walking distance of portobello road and lancaster street and so many spots of interest. Very safe and lovely neighborhood. "A truly beautiful house immaculately maintained and very well appointed. The kitchen has everything to offer to prepare a real family meal although we only prepared our breakfast to enjoy it on the terrace. Bedrooms are spacious and homey but fresh and modern at the same time, the large bathroom (with luxury shower) plus another smaller bathroom made the accommodation for a group of 6 comfortable. "My wife and her parents stayed 3 nights, and this fit the ticket. Very close walking distance to restaurants, laundrette and tube station. Approximately 40minutes to Kings Cross station. Most of our dining and days were out and about so this gave us a pillow to rest our head and a shower and so it fit us just right. It might be a bit tight to cook in a large feast for 4 if it’s raining out, but the patio was lovely."

The living room furniture by the TV isn’t very strong. I see what the idea was with the futons to have extra sleeping space but it’s not great for adults to sit on, which why I give it four stars. "This property is just as advertised. Host Jimmy was very nice and responded immediately to any questions, provided very accurate and simple check-in instructions. Location was walkable or a quick taxi / Uber to the Tower and other Thames Bridges, as well as the Tower of London and other attractions. "This house was perfect for our family of 6. The beds are very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for what we needed. The walk to the tube stop is short, and the neighborhood is very quiet and feels safe. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to most tourist locations from the Harlesden stop. There are a couple little grocery store/markets next to the tube, so everything we needed was easy to walk to (~5 min walk) We'd definitely stay here again"

The owner was very transparent about construction going on next door, which it was but we were out of the place early every day so it didn't really impact us. The townhouse was very much as stated in the VRBO description. We had a couple of issues with things like the dishwasher, but the host was very responsive and even came over 1 evening to help us out. He was really nice and helped to make our trip even better....

"Stayed 7 nights late May to early June, 2024. Qadar (the host) was great! Responded quickly to inquiries. We felt very safe. Excellent location. Multiple restaurants within 1 block. Hyde Park was 2 blocks. Easy to catch a taxi there. Enjoyed the experience of living in a very nice section of London for a week. We would stay there again and will recommend it to our friends. I felt that the property was well represented online."

"Absolutely enjoyed my stay. 5-8 minute walk to both Tower Bridge and London Bridge train station. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the room, including cook top, fridge, dishwasher, even washer, cups, plates, everything you might want to have a snack or a meal right in the room. I used it when I would come back later at night. Small safe in the room was a plus also. There is a little cafe in the lobby. Lobby itself is very cozy and welcoming. a small grocery store right across from the hotel...

"Excellent hotel room with full complement of laundry and kitchen. Coffee shop was perfect on the ground floor. Dining and bars nearby were great as well. Walkable to Tower of London and Tower Bridge, with transit an even shorter walk away. Highly recommend!"
