"A superb stay, very smart hotel. Incredibly convenient for me and my work. A pity about the loud guests next door (had to bang on the wall a few times to shut them up at 11pm) - not the fault of the hotel but desperately frustrating. Otherwise clean with good amenities. Housekeeping switched over the slightly smelly towels in my room (again I suspect a one-off). Would definitely stay again. Very pleased with the overall product. Superb value for prime London location. "

"Lovely old inn located ideally for Harry Potter World and LEGOLAND. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious, we stayed for 3 nights and ate in the restaurant. Only slight recommendation for improvement would be that the menu for evening meals could offer a little more choice when staying more than one night. Our room was huge and we would definitely stay again. "

Lovely staff on arrival who gave a very warm welcome. It isn’t a fully manned 24 hour reception though so be wary if that’s what you need. Pleasantly surprised by the triple room. "Had to pay a 20 pound early check in charge pp, its 10 pound every hour you want to check in so bear that in mind. But overall was good bedroom, comfy bed, good blinds to keep sun out, shower was ok, mot great or powerful but does it's job. "

"Absolutely enjoyed my stay. 5-8 minute walk to both Tower Bridge and London Bridge train station. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the room, including cook top, fridge, dishwasher, even washer, cups, plates, everything you might want to have a snack or a meal right in the room. I used it when I would come back later at night. Small safe in the room was a plus also. There is a little cafe in the lobby. Lobby itself is very cozy and welcoming. a small grocery store right across from the hotel...

"Excellent hotel room with full complement of laundry and kitchen. Coffee shop was perfect on the ground floor. Dining and bars nearby were great as well. Walkable to Tower of London and Tower Bridge, with transit an even shorter walk away. Highly recommend!"
