The hotel’s location was excellent and very close to the train station. The neighbourhood was pleasant as well, with good restaurants and some shops nearby. The staff were very friendly, and the service at the bar was great. The room itself was decent and matched the description on the website. However, it is noticeable that the interior of the hotel is showing its age and would benefit from some updates.

Clean, comfortable hotel located in Wesminster at a reasonable price point. A close walk to Buckingham Palace -- but we actually found it pretty easy to walk pretty much everywhere -- including to Big Ben/London Eye all the way up to Picadilly and Trafalgar Square. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
